Why the Aruba jeep tour exists

The Natural Pool is the reason. It is a rock-walled basin on the windward coast, and it fills and empties with the swell.

Getting there means a rough track. Ordinary rental cars are not insured to drive it, and most would not survive it anyway.

Therefore a guided jeep is the honest way in. Your own guide also means you stop where you want.

How you pay

You pay $140 now to reserve the date. Then $560 goes to your guide in cash on the day, in US Dollars or Aruban Florins.

One thing to know about the park

UTVs and ATVs have been banned inside Arikok since 1 November 2020. So if you want to go in, a jeep is the vehicle.

Afterwards, the south coast is close. Mangel Halto has the healthiest coral in Aruba. More trips sit under jeep and off-road, and the Aruba Tourism Authority has the rest.
